Delete My Data

You are always in control of your data. This page explains how to permanently delete your YouTube Notes account and everything associated with it.
Option 1 — Delete from within the extension
- Open the YouTube Notes panel on any YouTube video.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Choose Delete account & data and confirm.
Your notes and account are removed from our servers immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Prefer to email us? Send a message from the address associated with your account to bagalaty@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data". We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once it is complete.
What gets deleted
- All of your notes and their timestamps.
- Your account profile (name and email).
- Any preferences and settings stored on our servers.
This action is permanent. Once your data is deleted it cannot be recovered. If you would like to keep a copy, export your notes before deleting.
Revoking Google access
You can also revoke YouTube Notes' access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access stops future sign-ins but does not by itself delete data already stored — use one of the options above for full deletion.
