You may use the Service to take personal notes on videos you watch. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

2. Accounts

Some features require signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

3. Your content

You retain full ownership of the notes you create. We claim no ownership over your content. You are responsible for the notes you create and share.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful or infringing purpose.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or abuse the Service.
• Do not upload malicious content or interfere with other users.

5. Relationship with YouTube

YouTube Notes is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC. "YouTube" is a trademark of Google LLC.

6. Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouTube Notes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
